Northview Glass Hardware ("we", "us") installs frameless glass showers and enclosures in Simcoe County, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us through a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, postal code, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can answer you.
We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The site's hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange an on-site measure and prepare a quote.
- To schedule, carry out and follow up on work you have asked us to do.
- To keep records of our enquiries and protect the site against spam and abuse.
We will only send you promotional email or text messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They may process your information on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores form submissions and checks forms for spam (Turnstile).
- GoHighLevel: our customer-management system, where enquiries are recorded so we can follow up.
These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to the laws of that country. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support the work, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it (subject to legal or contractual limits). Safeguards
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
