Northview Glass Hardware provides custom glass installation services, including mirrors, showers, glass doors, partitions, and frameless glass. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions.

All quotes provided by Northview Glass Hardware are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted if site conditions, material choices, or project specifications change after the initial quote has been prepared. To secure an installation date, a deposit may be required.

Payment terms are outlined on each invoice. The final balance is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Northview Glass Hardware accepts a variety of payment methods.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before a scheduled installation may result in a cancellation fee. Clients wishing to reschedule must contact Northview Glass Hardware in advance, and all new dates are subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is safe, accessible, and free from obstructions. If additional labor, modifications, or site preparation are required, these may result in additional charges. Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, as well as site conditions.

All glass installations provided by Northview Glass Hardware should be treated with care. Clients are advised to use appropriate cleaning products and methods. Northview Glass Hardware is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use, handling, or cleaning once installation is complete.

Northview Glass Hardware provides a limited warranty on workmanship for one year following the date of installation. Certain products may also carry manufacturer warranties. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

While every precaution is taken to ensure safety and quality, Northview Glass Hardware is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from an installation. Clients are responsible for disclosing any structural or site-related issues that may affect the installation process.

Northview Glass Hardware respects your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as names, addresses, or contact details, will be used solely for service-related purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties.

Northview Glass Hardware reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
